AERO TRAILER
A solid, refined food trailer with a mirror-finish exterior from 280 to 580 cm in length, KNOTT suspension with braking system and axles rated 1,350–2,700 kg.
AERO trailers allow 3–5 people to work comfortably at the same time, providing ample space for food storage, prep and processing areas, plus service counters for ready dishes and drinks — ideal for festivals, concerts and other high-traffic events.

Each trailer is designed individually with options to change the length, door and window positions, add extra boxes or shelves, but every trailer already includes:

COMPACT TRAILER
Compact, eye-catching design in any RAL colour, available in 220 and 280 cm lengths. Perfect for a first project — a Category B licence is enough, and you can manoeuvre easily even in tight private driveways.

Certified and registered
Each trailer is inspected at the Road Traffic Safety Department certification center, issued a certificate of conformity, a technical passport and a national registration number.
HACCP compliant
Kitchens are equipped with extraction hoods, water supply and heating, together with two 25 L water tanks.
Fully equipped kitchens
Perimeter stainless-steel worktops and refrigerated counters at various levels with space for fridges and kitchen equipment; powered by a 32A 380V connection.
Hook up and go with your own car
COMPACT and AERO trailers come with 750–2,700 kg axles, allowing towing with everyday cars (e.g., VW Passat or Golf) and a Category B licence.
TRAILER PRODUCTION
PROJECT DESIGN
Based on your brief, we prepare the interior layout with equipment for approval within 1 week.
PRODUCTION
Trailer production according to the approved design takes 14 weeks.
CERTIFICATION
Within 4 weeks the trailer is checked for compliance with EU regulations and certified for EU roads, with Road Traffic Safety Department registration and a 2-year inspection.
READY TO WORK
After CSDD registration, the trailer is handed over to the customer and ready for work at its first event.

All Compact trailers with a gross mass of 750 kg can be towed with a Category B licence using any vehicle up to 3,500 kg gross mass. Compact and Aero trailers over 750 kg can also be towed with Category B provided the combined gross mass of the tow vehicle and trailer does not exceed 3,500 kg.
All offered trailers are certified and registered with Road Traffic Safety Department and handed over with a valid inspection, a technical passport and national registration plates.
After CSDD registration you can arrange OCTA and KASKO policies for all trailers.

All trailers come with 3-phase 380 V 32 A plugs.
Compact trailers are available in two body lengths: 220 cm and 280 cm. Interior width 190 cm, interior height 196 cm.
Aero trailers are available in two body lengths: 280 cm and 380 cm. Interior width and height 200 cm.

Standard gross mass for Compact: 750 kg for the 220 cm model and 1,200 kg for the 280 cm model. Aero trailers start from 1,500 kg.

The maximum permissible trailer mass is usually stated in the vehicle’s technical data; for example, Passat/Insignia models allow around 1,600 kg on average. For vans with 3,500 kg gross mass and a Category B licence, the maximum trailer gross mass is 750 kg; heavier trailers require a BE licence, which allows the combined gross mass to increase up to 7,000 kg.
For safe operation, follow the common recommendation that trailer mass should not exceed 85% of the tow vehicle’s mass (e.g., for a 1,600 kg car, a trailer up to ~1,350 kg is advisable).

All trailers with a gross mass over 750 kg are equipped with a braking system. For 750 kg trailers, brakes are not standard but can be added as an option.

You can choose any RAL colour for the exterior, or a polished stainless-steel finish for Aero trailers. We also offer full trailer wrapping to your own design.
Total production time for a custom trailer is 18 weeks.
